Is this right punishment for rapist?

Since the fatal gang-rape of a medical student on a Delhi bus three months ago, again delhi hit by another rape case on 15th april. Now the 5-year-old girl child was gang raped and brutally assaulted allegedly by two men in a room. Even every single minute girl is being raped either physically or mentally in the world. Therefore amendments are necessary to make anti-rape law stronger. 

So what should be the right the punishment for the rapist?

Many opinions in this regard like Chemical castration, under present law, a rapist serves only 6-7 yrs jail term, death penalty. After Chemical castration rapist can become more dangerous either rapist would be a girl serial killer or would involve in major crimes.

Apart from Chemical castration, if we consider about death penalty then it would be a final solution for rapist. He cannot realize and feel pain about his mistake. Death punishment is an easy way out for a killer rapist; they should be made to suffer till their natural death.

Opinion for punishment for the rapist:-

As a writer i am sharing my opinion for the punishment of the rapist. This is only a suggestion not aim to heart anybody feelings’ hope that society would favor this one.

First rape cases should be categorized then rapist should go for an imprisonment in a single room. In case of group rape and victim death. individually every convict should go for 30 years life imprisonment in a single room.

During that imprisonment convict should spend the years of his captivity under the strictest supervision:-

1>he cannot see human beings

2>he cannot meet human beings

3>all communication would be done through letters

4>he can only write letters and cannot receive letters

5>He was allowed to have a musical instrument and books

6>he could have with the outer world were by a little window made purposely for that object.

7>he can demand only food and water.

8>he would stay with one pillow and one bed sheet in a room

9>light would be entered into the room through window.

10>toilet facility will be available within a room

11>prisoner cannot interact with police and family.

12>window size not more than 2feet.

13>window should be located on the of the room.

14>he can read books.

15>he have freedom to sing a song

In case of group rape individually Every convict should go for 20 years life imprisonment in a single room. Condition would be followed same as above. Similarly in case of minor rape done by individual person, 10 years life imprisonment would be applicable with given conditions. But if both are adult and have same age then decision should be changed and given according to the circumstances. Because in such case, only boy would not be responsible.

Rape victims often suffer from post assault depression, feelings of betrayal and humiliation, problems with trust and intimacy, guilt, anxiety, fears, anger, physical problems, sexual difficulties, and lowered self-esteem in many areas of their lives.

So change your mentality to change world for safe and healthy environment for your mother, sister, wife etc.
