What should women eat for their health or fitness?

“The happiest women, like the happiest nations, have no history. Eliot, George”. for happiest women ,she take care of her regular food. So here I am sharing information related to women food for her fitness and health.

Best Foods for Women

Parmesan cheese for strengthening bones: Calcium is key for preventing osteoporosis (especially in your 20s). Yogurt and nonfat milk help, but who wants them three times a day? Work Parmesan cheese into your diet; its 340 mg of calcium per ounce - compared to about 200 mg in cheddar or Swiss - goes a long way toward your 1000 mg/day quota.
Apples boost your immune system: Smart and sweet, apples are rich in quercetin, an antioxidant that can bolster your body's disease-fighting abilities. In one study from Appalachian State University, just 5 percent of people who ate more quercetin came down with a respiratory infection over a two-week period, compared to 45 percent of those who didn't.

Lentils build your iron stores: Low-calorie lentils pack about 30 percent of your daily iron per cup cooked. About 12 percent of young women have low iron stores - at the extreme, that leads to anemia. But one study found that even women who were iron deficient (not anemic) had poorer performances on skill tests than those with normal levels.

Broccoli fights wrinkles: "A cup of broccoli has 100 percent of your vitamin C-crucial for production of collagen, which gives skin elasticity," says Tammy Lakatos Shames, R.D. It's also rich in beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A. This vitamin assists in cell turnover, so old skin cells are replaced with fresh (read: younger-looking) ones.

Potatoes pack healthy carbs: Potatoes contain a fat-fighting compound called resistant starch that can help keep weight in check. One medium spud with the skin will run you just around 100 calories, and with more potassium than bananas, potatoes also help fight heart disease by keeping blood pressure low.

Spinach is dense with key nutrients: This leafy green is high in vitamin K and also contains calcium and magnesium - a combo that may help slow the breakdown of bone that occurs as you get older - as well as folate, a B vitamin that helps prevent birth defects. And it packs just 7 calories per cup raw!

Dark chocolate stops stress and fights disease: European researchers found that people who ate an ounce and a half of dark chocolate - about 200 calories worth-every day for two weeks produced less of the stress hormone cortisol and reported feeling less frazzled. Cortisol causes a temporary rise in blood pressure; consistently high levels up your risk for depression, obesity, heart disease and more.

Mushrooms deliver cancer-fighting antioxidants: One study showed that women who ate just one third of an ounce of raw mushrooms a day (that's about one button mushroom) had a 64 percent reduction in breast cancer risk. Other research suggests that mushrooms reduce the effects of aromatase, a protein that helps produce estrogen - a major factor in some breast cancers.

Sardines fight heart disease: These pungent little fish are good sources of omega-3 acids, which decrease inflammation that can lead to blocked arteries. They also prevent blood clots that can cause heart attacks and strokes, and keep blood vessels smooth and supple. Three ounces of sardines have about 1.3 grams of omega-3s (you need about 1 gram a day).

Avocados: Avocados are high in monounsaturated fat, which has been shown to help you drop weight, including from your troublesome middle. In one study, people who got the most monos (about 23 percent of their daily calories) had about 5 pounds less belly fat than those who ate a high-carb, lower-fat diet.

healthy women makes healthy world

Since childhood, I am seeing my mother routine. I am realizing that she is careless about her health, body fitness and daily routine.  She is only taking care of husband and her children. Due to this she is suffering from lot of diseases like headache, teeth related issues, heavy weight, tummy issues etc. Even she has lost her attraction. I think that most of the women are facing similar problem and are struggling with their health, fitness related issues. In this blog, I am trying to inspire females to start living a healthy lifestyle. I am sharing some points with you to feel good and enjoy optimal health for better relationships.

What women/girls/females should do to keep healthy lifestyle?

Do Regular Exercise: - Everybody suggests women have to go for regular exercise but this is not an easy task for married women. As far as my suggestion for married or job going females, if they cannot go for regular exercise then they have to walk at least 1000 steps on regular basis. When you walk, it just burns your calories and reduces fat as well as cholesterol in your body. If you do this on regular basis then your feature/physic would become sporty.

Time Your Meals: - Always ladies gives high priority to their family, job, career and other responsibility too. In that case they change their eating routine and eat food quickly also. It creates some harmonic change in the body. Every lady should give priority to their health. She should keep in stay with their regular eating routine. Your regular on time eating routine, Always keeps away from health related issues like obesity (motapa). Even a study found that soft lighting meal with more liquid like juice, milk etc. helped ladies to keep fit or healthy.

Medical Checkup: - Normally Females avoid small health issues like headache, teeth related issues, hair fall, heavy weight, Skin problems etc. All these health issues occurred in female because they ignore tiny health problem. Because these tiny issue convert in major and enter you into depression too. "Take care of your body with steadfast fidelity. The soul must see through these eyes alone, and if they are dim, the whole world is clouded." –Goethe. So go for medical checkup at regular interval to keep fit yourself and your family.

Don't Leave Your Hobby: - After marriage a mostly woman engage with their family, child, husband etc. and gives them high priority. Due to this ladies left their favorite ones or hobbies. Everything is an important part of the life but keep in touch with your hobbies. Because a hobby helps you to live long, keep away from depression, makes you happy etc. Hobby means “you are giving few minutes to yourself”. Hobby connects your soul with your happiness. Do whatever you like, ignore what you hate.

“The happiest women, like the happiest nations, have no history. Eliot, George”. I just request from whole world to make your nation happy and see result until my next share………..

why we accept baby boy not girl?

Ending line of my previous blog ‘yet we accept baby boy not girl’ Now I am saying that we have developed ourselves and has entered into the globalised world but still our mentality remain the same related to women. We are living in educated world but looking for first baby boy not girl. Therefore many Married women go for pregnancy test to detect sex of the child because they have huge pressure to produce son in India after marriage either they are from well established family or educated. So how can we say that we are the part of modern society? So I am sharing my personal opinion points as a writer without hearting anyone feeling ‘why are this happening in our society and what we need to change?’

Social or family prestige: - In our male dominated society boys are given the special rights to take over the family name and properties rather if boys did any crime or mistake then viewed as additional social status for their family either he went to jail or not and on other side if girls did any mistake then it hurt Social or family prestige. So please give equal rights to both of them, do not count her as social or family prestige stamp. This has led to social and economic problems. Girl means not ‘Social or family prestige’

Economic utility: - an Economy factor is also making sons more attractive than girls; this is because we consider boys as an additional income source rather girls taken as financial burden on the family , girls settle their own house after marriage. Now time has been changed they are performing their best in all sectors like management, financial etc. even she is the president and prime minister also ,so we have to understand an importance of girls excepting as an economic burden.  Finally I feel that women Growth means nation economy growth.

Weaker gender :-Women are usually viewed as the weaker gender as compared to men in India because we think that boys are stronger than girls rather she faces every circumstances and even able to handle worst situation also without any complaint. As far as my opinion regarding this “she is the strongest one because not only births baby but also stand them in the society”. She makes family then ‘how can we consider Weaker gender herself?’

Education: - “You educate a man; you educate a man. You educate a woman; you educate a generation.” ― Brigham Young” Education is the key which can clear the path for society, Teach your sons from childhood to respect girls, importance of girls rather than teaching your daughters to live safe or avoid anything.

As a writer I belive that It is very easy to blame government, police, system, docters but not easy to blame our soul which is actually responsible for these crimes but i feel very guilty to say that we see girls either a divine or…………………………………wait for my next share.

A Nation starts from women

‘As a writer I believe that a Nation starts from a women and its economy also depends on the women’ I think that these are last line of my previous blog but my brother passes some comment on me and ask ‘are you mad?’A nation economy cannot depend upon the women. Similarly I receive negative feedback in this regard but I am sharing my some views to prove that a nation economy is definitely depends on the females. But I hope you understand my personal opinion because I am not targeting individual one feeling.

I wake up around 7 am and ready to go to work at 8.45am every morning but my sweet mother ,wife, sister etc gets up before me to prepare breakfast, lunch, takes care of my work, my food, my health and above all, all my wishes. In my daily routine, she is responsible for my good health. If I am healthy then means able to do job to earn something for me as well as for my company which boost up the profit and produce new employment for society. Society growth directly related to nation economy growth.

Ok move in the past, when I was child then my mother was my first teacher who taught me about my country, family, society, language, habits etc. rather Since, she was the one who sacrificed their lives to give birth to us because Without the existence of females, the world would not be filled with humans. Even I could say from the first day from my birth till now she was taking care of me without any complaint of getting tired but sometimes I heart her.

As a female, she becomes a first teacher and prepares a civilize person for society ,even develop healthy society too. Rather we can see that women is directly involved in commerce and bring many changes in the economy therefore a ladies is participating all kind of job in any country but we do not give respect what they are actually looking for. Throughout the world, women are directly responsible for positive changes in political, social and economy for any country.

As a writer I belive that a nation start from women or girls even we understands that Womens growth reflects our society or country growth because The happiest women make the happiest nations but still we are not accepting therefore yet we accept baby boy not girl.why we look for boy not for girl……………………wait for my next share.

Is really girls outfit responsible for rape or our mentality?

I am sorry if I heart your feelings in previous blogs because I use narrow mind or mentality word without any research. So I decide to search parochial mind in our society including those always who inculpate on our system, government, police, especially on girls outfit, judiciary, society, culture etc nevertheless they have respected image in our society apart from this nobody can not argue  with them. So I start my search from Delhi metro where I have been travelling for two years and making discussion on it with guys. Then I am sharing my discussion experience with you and I hope you understand that these are my personal opinion and not aim to hearting individual one.

Last Sunday I was travelling in the metro, beside me there was a person in jeans, shirt and he was discussing about girls outfit or dress in regular trends with his friend. According to him only due to girls dress up sense number of rape cases is increasing in India because these dresses create excitement in male as well as trying to attract somebody. In these discussion In these discussion a guy interrupt and said that his family did not allow to wear jeans , skirt like dresses to his sister rather she could not go to outside alone for a job.

I was listening whole discussion and thinking ‘why girls have not freedom for her self because she is a female or girl’ even some guy interrupt to loud females laugh in our society, Some norms in life have been wrongly fixed, to a large extent because of western influence rather many person think that always a women would be answerable for any mishappening. Just suppose if you restricted in such social criteria then what would you do, how you will manage, if some body is passing comment on you, teasing by eyes, trying to harassing you.

Think as girl it is really very difficult but she manages. We have also sister, mother, wife in house and they are free to wear anything, free to laugh, free to say but we do not rape, do not molest, do not pass comment , do not teas. So why we do on the road, offices, hospitals ? As a writer I believe  that a Nation economy also depends on the women because she gives us power. How wait for my next blog……

How can we decrease rape cases in India

Hello friends

Now the 23-year-old Delhi gang rape victim miss Damini life journey comes to end on 29th December 2012. A brave physiotherapy student was gang raped and brutally assaulted allegedly by six men in a moving bus in south Delhi on December 16 nights. Yet again, a woman has been violated and killed in cold blood. But in these fifteen days,
What we are doing? We are not only shouting on our system but also on judiciary as well as accepting to take instant action against rapist.

But i am raising question from all indian people “who is the rapist?”  We all are responsible because we live in fear of unspeakable violence. Always we saw that a girl or lady has been molesting by a person at public place but we just ignore and think that this is not our matter, we need to keep away from such thing, why should we go to help, why i am, government should think about it. We do not raise our hand for help because we do not want to help and are ready to blame our system rather we are also the part of this system. Therefore most crimes in India go unreported, many offenders go unpunished but beyond that Ignorance, we need to act against such incidents.

If you see fear in any lady or girl eye at anytime, anywhere, you just raise your hand first to help her as like you’re mummy, sister and friend. Because if we start to help each other then we need not concern over our safety. We need to start helping each other without any fear and building the city as a place of women where she acknowledges as citizens. It is very easy to blame government, police, system but not easy to blame our soul which is actually responsible for these crimes. We have to help not only ourselves but also others then we can change our system , society and GREAT INDIA.
